CREATIONLINE and DENSO Executed the Capital and Business Alliance Agreement

Creationline, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / CEO and Representative Director: Tadahiro Yasuda / Hereinafter referred to as “CREATIONLINE”) and DENSO Corporation (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi / CEO: Koji Arima / Hereinafter referred to as “DENSO”) have agreed to enter into a capital and business alliance.
"To accelerate the society advancement by IT innovation together with our clients" - with this mission in mind, CREATIONLINE has conducted businesses as a professional IT company with substantial experience and knowledge on advanced technologies such as cloud, open source software (hereinafter referred to as "OSS"), agile products, DevOps, data analysis and machine learning, etc.
DENSO has developed businesses in 38 countries and regions and has been a leading global automotive supplier with more than 150,000 employees. DENSO offers advanced automotive technologies, systems and components to meet demand from end users in various regions.
CREATIONLINE has already been involved in several projects with DENSO. DENSO conceives that "in order to pioneer future mobility solutions and products more nimbly, it is necessary to have not only existing technologies and automotive component expertise but also new perspectives and advanced software technologies from all over the world". In order to have a closer business partnership with DENSO, Mr. Takeshi Narisako, the General Manager of Digital Innovation dept. of DENSO Engineering R&D center will assume the position of a Board member of CREATIONLINE, Inc.
